New Book on Public Contracts and International Arbitration

A new book exploring issues raised by arbitrations involving states and states entities was published earlier this fall. The book, which was edited by professor Mathias Audit (Université Paris Ouest Nanterre la Défense), offers a variety of contibutions in French and in English.
