A compendium on international commercial law ("Handbuch Internationales Wirtschaftsrecht"), edited by Herbert Kronke, Werner Melis and Anton K. Schnyder, has been published. The information on the publisher´s website reads as follows:

The incredible plenitude of different rules on international commercial law can hardly be overviewed by consultants. Therefore consultants need an orientation, which is provided by this new handbook. In consideration of the internationalisation of economy, which includes also medium-sized companies, the number of border-crossing transactions is rising steadily.
