The event will be held in relation to UNCITRAL’s project on the Stocktaking of Dispute Resolution in the Digital Economy. As part of its stocktaking activities to seek inputs from different parts of the world, the Secretariat is organising this discussion with practitioners and academics in New York on two respective issues: (1) the use of technology in arbitration; and (2) online mediation.
