JIIART Online Seminar on Use of ADR in Insolvency: Saturday 21 October

The Japanese Institute for International Arbitration Research and Training (JIIART) will be holding an online seminar investigating use of alternative dispute resolution mechanisms in insolvency this Saturday 21 October 2023 at 14:00-16:00 Japan Standard Time.
