The Future of the European Insolvency Law (Conference)

A conference under the title The Future of the European Insolvency Law – Reforming the European Insolvency Regulation, organized by the Institut für ausländisches und internationales Privat- und Wirtschatftsrecht (Ruprecht-Karls Universität, Heidelberg) and the  Institut für Zivilverfahrensrecht (Universität Wien ) will take place in Heidelberg on Friday 27th and Saturday 28th.
