Workshop on the Proposal for a Common European Sales Law

On 17 and 18 November 2011, following the official opening of the secretariat of the European Law Institute (ELI), the ELI will host its first project workshop. Dedicated to the Proposal for a Common European Sales Law (CESL) the workshop will bring together leading European scholars and discuss the context, the structure and the content of the envisioned optional instrument.
