Transnational Dispute Management has a new issue forthcoming, on Aligning Human Rights and Investment Protection. This issue is edited by Professor Dr. Ursula Kriebaum (University of Vienna) and analyses how national courts and international tribunals may operate in the fields of human rights law, and take into account the developments occurring in the other realm. With private international lawyers and international litigators eagerly awaiting the United State’s Supreme Court’s decision in Kiobel–which is just the latest example of a national court applying international norms–this issue is a welcome addition to discipline.
