Submission

Guidelines

If you want to share views or news on conflictoflaws.net, please send your contribution (as word-doc) to any editor. Submissions can take the form of independent contributions (“views”) or mere announcements (“news”) about anything that is of interest for the conflict of laws community (latest research, case law, publications, conferences, calls for papers, calls for tender, etc.).

Please note, however, that we will only in exceptional cases announce the publication of individual articles, book chapters or SSRN-uploads (or uploads on similar platforms). If you have an article that you feel should be highlighted on conflictoflaws.net, we kindly ask you to write an independent, self-standing contribution (ca. 1000 words).

Publication and responsibility

If accepted, submissions will be published under your name. The editorial board does not take any responsibility for the content of your post. Any view expressed is attributed only to the author.

Commentary function

Conflictoflaws.net has a commentary function and allows readers to respond to any post. The editors do not take responsibility for the content of any comment. However, they reserve the right to reject or remove any comment, in particular if the comment is considered offensive, abusive, derogatory, or potentially defamatory.
