ConflictofLaws.net is a forum for the exchange of views and the reporting of news relating to conflict of laws (private international law) broadly understood. It aims to foster the global exchange of ideas and to connect those interested in the cross-border dimensions of private law.

The blog is funded by the German Lindemann Foundation.

The Editorial Board welcome submissions to ConflictofLaws.net. These can take the form of independent contributions (“views”) or mere announcements (“news”) about any topic that is of interest for the conflict of laws community (latest research, case law, publications, conferences, calls for papers, calls for tender, etc.).
