Another European professio juris for the applicable succession law will now be available from 1 January 2014 until 16 August 2015 (when the EU Succession Regulation will become effective) under Art 77 (4) following on the footsteps of the Polish PIL changes in 2011.
It is interesting that a measure of recognition of Trusts seems to be introduced under Art.73.
