		<description>Yes, I understand that the matter has been referred to the French supreme court for private matters (Cour de cassation).

As far as the coup is concerned, I guess that the plaintiffs could convince the court that the usefulness of the action (interet à agir) ought to be envisaged not necessarily from the perspective of the sole French litigation. </description>
